TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College is an institution that has impeccable belief and trust in the effectiveness of training programmes which has the potential to influence and enhance the Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Behaviour of the individuals.
OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The decision on the choice of intervention techniques is purely based on the Pre Training Analysis report. A series of Pre Training Assessments will be administered to each and every individual and will be mapped on the skill-will matrix. The students will then be coached, guided, mentored, supported or trained depending on the needs of the students. In order to measure the training effectiveness the students will also be subjected to a series of Post Training Assessment after completion of each of the training module.
The training modules are developed by skilled content developers. The sessions are structured in such a way that the participation of the students is given as much importance as the participation of the facilitator in the session. Adult Learning Methodologies are incorporated in the demeanor of the Training Structure.
